New with Tags Zara Dress

Beautiful Zara dress in pure white. NWT! I bought this in a size medium but as you can see from the tape measure on the picture, this is running VERY small. I wear a 32-34 in bras. This one is too small for me and is more like a small. I would have exchanged this but the return window passed. Anyway, I wanted it to be a bit baggy (like the first picture) so I’m planning on getting the large. It’s so cute yet sexy!
