Fortuny pleated bodice/waist dress in black, red, white with elaborate woven border pattern fabric. Gathered/rushed shoulder detail. Note fabric is loosely woven & has fringe-like ends on backside of fabric which does not show or effect the look of dress. It’s just the way the fabric is made.
