New with Tags Indigo Rose Women's Floral Dress Size XL

So pretty and flowly. I am thinking beach vacay, pool party, etc. It's quite long (about 56 inches), but the fabric is light, which makes me think it would be so pretty in the breeze especially with a smocked waist. The buttons are just sewn on (not operable). Some one needs this. No defects. New with tags.
