New with tags. Bought for a function, ended up wearing something else. Forgot about the dress in the closet & didn’t return it. Beautiful navy blue. Dress has a built-in slip. Super comfortable, has some spandex which makes a person look that much better in a dress! Has gathers in front & back. Feels like silk. Nice feature near shoulders. Below knee - length is 47”.
