This is a new with tags light up wall light. Works great. Yes batteries will come with this item. The screw to the battery door is missing, It Does Not” affect the door to stay closed. The door locks in place, not easy to flap open. PLEASE! Look closely, there are minor scratches & dents. Photos do describe very well. The instructions booklet is the tag on back side.
