New with tags. The tag is no longer attached. I bought the shirt and then realized I bought a small instead of a medium which is what I needed. I miss the return time on it. Pretty sapphire blue color with roll up sleeves. Little studs are found on the shoulders. Please see the photos. 100 percent polyester. No zippers or buttons just pull it over. The front of the blouse is a bit shorter than the back. Measures laid flat approx, Armpit to Armpit 20" Length in Front 24" Length in Back 27"
