This is a brand new, never worn Cynthia Rowley dress that still has the tags. It is 75% silk/25% viscose, with a full lining that is 100% polyester. It is absolutely lovely, but unfortunately didn't suit me, and was a final sale! It retailed for $575 and I purchased it for $350.
