New w Tag, Hobo International Small Cobalt Blue Clutch Purse w Silver Chain

New with tag, Hobo International cobalt blue small bag. Silver trim with a silver chain handle. The inside is checkered in blue. For the life of me, I can not find out what it is made because none of the tags mention it. The bag is in nice shape and never used. In nice shape. Please see the photos. Measures about 8.5" long by about 1.25" wide by about 5.5" high. The chain does not come off of it nor is it adjustable. Clips closed at the top.
