New vintage porcelain doll

New with some signs of aging - I didn’t have the box for it On her right hand, just around the thumb there are a couple of black markings. Please see photo This is a beautiful doll, her hands head and feet just below the knees are made of porcelain and she’s wearing a gorgeous full length dress apron, color and matching hat that can come off Her height is 24 1/2” Feet & leg (what’s made of porcelain only) 5 1/2” Hand (what’s made of porcelain only) 4 1/2”
