New. This has never been worn or tried on. I ordered this online and I don’t love this color shade on me. This is a gorgeous berry tone. Last all day. Doesn’t bleed. I have other shades of this product and if I don’t want the velvet lip I blot my lips and it turns into a pretty lip stain that stays on all day. This is full size and not expired.
