New tall MOU lined blue jean boots EU38

I bought these last month, New on a used site from Italy and paid a fortune with the cost of the boots and the middle man fees that inspect before shipping and shipping and was so disappointed when they were too small. I am a US size 7.5-8 and normally a EU 38 fit perfect. These have a liner in them that makes them smaller. I feel without the liner they would fit perfect but it is attached so that's not an option. These would fit a size 7 foot or a small 7.5. There are built in pull on ties to help slide them on with ease.
