This is a new new pair of size 10 navy blue bell bottom jeans called "Not your Daughter's Jeans". The waist, laying flat, is 16" across. The bell bottom is 12.5" laying flat. The leg, laying flat is 10". The crotch to hem is 33" .There are two pockets in the front with extra layers for accent. 5" zipper with two button closure. 80% cotton, 19 % polyester, 1% spandex.Washable in cold water.
