This is a new without tags red floral chiffon maxi dress fully lined and sheer sleeve. Front adjustable neckline with tassel ends. Purchased at Macy’s and brand is called Boutique. Bust is about 52”. Waist is about elastic waist laying flat is about 44”. Full length shoulder down is about 67”.
