New oversized medium, fits xl easily

This item is oversized, it will easily fit up to xl. This item is new with tags, however the fibers of the item do shed. I have attached a photo of the shedding. Underarm to underarm, measured on the inside 24" flat Length 24" at the shortest point, 30" at the longest point.
