New never worn mini dress

Super cute mini dress, beautiful mint green color with vibrant flowers. It has a V neckline in the front and back, cut outs on the sides. The waist comes together with a band with small gathering underneath and above the skirt. I am 5’4” tall and the skirt lies mid-thigh. Flattering and adorable on. No tags but never worn, flawless.
