New, never worn Red, White, and Blue ladies top with faux tie front.

This is a new without tags patriotic top that has vibrant red, white and blue colors in a polyester and spandex fabric. It is a size small but it does run large in my opinion so I believe it would fit a size medium too. I bought several patriotic tops last year and didn’t actually get out to wear them. This top is very soft and comfortable and is machine wash and dry.
