New large maxi dress or cover up aztec print

cute large summer dress, this is thin. as need a slip, not sure never wore it and I now wear xl .... lg new no tags,got in mail and hung it up. lg metropolitan brand aztex blk white. elastic waist, the fabric is stiff and starched. would need washed maybe with fabric softener.
