harm8263 Hi I got these yesterday The first link worked great for about hour And then for some reason it started to play my Apple Music on its own? So I relinked them and they worked perfectly. Woke up this morning and they have some how unlinked CC and will not reconnect. When I first tried connecting these. I got a messed that said “Not your AirPods “. This is my 4th pair and I never got a message like that Any ideas what could be wrong with brand new AirPods still wrapped in the plastic?

tripsbytay @harm8263 If the item was brand new in the packaging, they should not say "not your airpods" as they shouldn't have been connected to anything. I would suggest contacting apple support directly!

harm8263 @tripsbytay yeah no! I just bought a new pair of from Walmart… absolutely no problems, lie yours should have been. The real question is where did you get them from? I didn’t purchase them from Apple Support, I bought them from you so you check with Apple support. BTW, I want my money back asap! You sold me fake AirPods… that’s on you!!!
