New in box Ugg sand color Tasman

These are brand new size 6 UGG Tasman in the sand color with cherry stitching. Never been worn, we got them and they are a lot smaller than I expected. My daughter wears a 5.5 in Nikes and these she couldn’t even get on. I purchased them from a different site and the return policy is awful. I’m just trying to get my money back as we ordered a new size from poshmark. There is one light mark on the back of one I think is from when she was trying them on. She only put one on, they have not been actually worn as she couldn’t get her foot in it.
