New high-heeled black booties, Express. 8

New black fabric high heeled booties from Express. The heel is almost 4 inches. These have never been worn. The tags were cut off but the elastic holding the boots together still remains. Any marks on the bottom of the boot were made while trying them on. Smoke free, pet free home. No visible flaws.
