tamraleajo And underarm to underarm is right at 15”, and the fabric has some stretch.

tamraleajo @kathyrosa across mid bustline is 15”, across front and across empire waist seam is 14”. Again all fabric has some stretch to it except for the lining of the skirt which is 100% acetate.
