Brand new with tags-formal floral dress with deep V in front and back. It is very well made, bright colors, and the deep V in front has a white mesh to keep from any nip slips. Straps are adjustable. The dress is heavy and the fabric is great quality. It has white tool under the bell bottom for volume. Purchased at JcPenny for $200. The event I was going to wear it to got cancelled. This dress is sold out in stores and online. Open to offers. Tag says size 15 but it’s like a 12. Thank you 🙂
