NWT but flawed. There are several very light spots of color transfer from black to cream on the skirt (left them packaged too long). It may wash out but not sure. Cream & black crepe like fabric (polyester). Straps optional. Top is pleated, bottom is chiffon like. Back of top is elastic stretchy. Dress are approx 51" from pit to hem. These dresses have been imported from Europe, the dress sizes on the labels & tags are two sizes larger than the US size. Still gorgeous! I've had great feedback!

lissay @lanams1976 My apologies. I completely missed this comment. The fabric on the bus is very stretchy. It has lots of elastic. Going pit to pit a flat across the chest is 17 in. The waist which is also fairly stretchy is 26 in around. And that's up high not at the natural waist. And then the length going from the pit to the bottom is 49 in It does have adjustable removable straps.
