This is a beautiful blue dress with an adorable bird print. The fabric is very soft, comfortable, and thick. I bought this dress at a dress shop that was closing and never wore it. It has the string that the tag was on attached to it but the tag had come off. This dress looks beautiful on. It has a gorgeous neck line and the tie on the waist adds a beautiful touch.
