New coach purse SLIGHT damage from shipping

Ordered this from coach and it has some slight black marks even though it was bagged when shipped. The marks are only on the leather part which is shiny pet leather and I’m not sure how to clean it without messing it up but there are no marks or stains on the fabric. It is pristine. I didn’t realize this until I took it out of the bag to carry it and it was too late to ship it back to coach. 10” x 14” x 5”.
