New black Moto style boots with zipper & buckle

These babies are O - M - G such a GEM! Ordered them online but unfortunately were too small for me. Tag says 38 but best fit a 6.5-7 IMO (I wear a 7.5-8 for reference). Calf length and shiny black boots with and inner zipper and a loose footing around the leg with a silver hardware buckle. Never worn in a mint condition.
