New bell sleeve criss cross back detail navy tunic dress size XS/S

This is a new long bell shape sleeve tunic or dress. Reposhing this item I purchased from @crystalskloset. The item is brand new, it was never used. The color is navy blue. Very soft fabric. Size XS per label but it will fit a Small as well, easily! Questions? Leave a comment below!
