New beautiful dress

New without tags. I bought this as Nordstrom rack. I never wore this just washed. It sas size small but runs big would say more of a medium. Very stretchy. It doesn’t unbutton and the tie in the front doesn’t tighten or loosen the dress. I’m 5’4” and when I tried it on it touches the ground. I’m also a 34ddd and there is plenty of room in the chest area. I think this dress is beautiful just a little more loose than I want. Comes from no pet no smoking house.
