New, beautiful blue silk top!

Never been worn, this blousey blue top is perfect for work, a night out or pair it with a shirt for a special occasion like a baby shower or bridal event. It's 100% silk and drapes perfectly! Purchased from a specialty boutique but never worn, this top is so soft and feminine. It's a size small but because of the shape & flowy-ness it could be worn by someone who can wear a size 0-6 in tops. It's beautiful & such a steal!
