simplyheather72 @schalkat Hi Kathy, thank you! Yeah I often wonder if people don't buy because I'm a new seller. I was hoping this would help reassure them that I do in fact send out nice merchandise. I'm very picky about what I pick up to resell. I can't find expensive brands but often the stuff I do pick up is like new or barely used. If items are flawed I price them lower unless it's a high quality material with minor flaws. I really just want to give people reassurance.

simplyheather72 @schalkat I love wrapping my items and doing personal notes, I think it means more than just throwing a thank you sticker on the item. I love the review (love notes). I wish everyone did that but some people are just personal and not that social so you can't expect that from everyone. Even those who just give a rating that is very helpful too. I appreciate the feed back from customers, it let's me know where I need to improve.

lovestoshop127 I love this one and the other one too! Would you mind if I used the ideas for my closet? I have customers that don't always leave reviews (or even accept their packages sometimes!) or they just give a star rating without a written review so buyers can't see them and being newer to Poshmark I also sometimes worry that people may be skeptical about buying from me because of the lack of written reviews but you've thought of excellent remedies to this!
