Menswear and Trench Coat inspired. Cotton twill, not see thru. Top has turn up and over flat ruffle front and back. Turn back has waistband like finish including belt loops at edge. Flat ruffle at top is lined. Raw edge seaming up and down front and back center panels. Back of dress includes button tab at waist level. Easy comfort , twist on chinos or khaki. On seam pockets, you have to have pockets! CF length top edge to bottom edge 45 1/2". Top edge side to side 20 3/4". Waist 9" down CF top edge 19". Hip at bottom of pocket 24 1/2". Sweep side to side 34". Top flat ruffle height 6".
