New York and company Bolero style sweater with Black Sequins. New Year's Eve

This is a black bolero style sweater, as the length is shorter than your typical sweater. This Sweater has 3/4 sleeves and ties in the middle. This sweater has gorgeous shiny black sequins that run down the front and around the bottom of the sleeves.
