New York and Co-square neck, short ruffle sleeve shirt

The square neck and the ruffle sleeve elevates this from just a normal short sleeve top. It is machine washable and hang dry. It runs a tad big. It is sized at small but fits me, and I wear a medium. There is one very small snag on the back. Please see photo.
