New York and Company red lace sheath dress

This lovely red sheath dress has a pretty lace design and falls right above the knee. It has off the shoulder cap sleeves. It is missing the ribbon that wraps around the waist but that’s an easy fix with a trip to the nearest craft store or even your home craft box!
