New York and Company Women's Two Button Professional Blazer

This blazer has long sleeves, a notch lapel, single button closure and flap pockets in the front. The green color is called greenleaf. I believe I only wore this twice because I bought it while I had a job that I wore suits for and then I left. Now it no longer fits.
