New York and Company Black and White Work Dress

Super cute dress! Fit and flare, cap sleeves, with a lot of swing in the skirt. It's an XL, but it's just a little big on my 12/14 frame. I'd say it fits closer to a 16, but it has some nice stretch to it, so there's some flexibility in sizing. Perfect for work. Excellent condition - like new.
