New York Perceptions Light Beige Frilly Lacy Shrug

From "Perceptions" New York we have a fun, flowy, frilly shrug with interesting lace-like details. Size medium. Great for layering, no buttons, but a ruffle that goes down through the bottom hem. Still has the tags that originally indicated an 89$ price point. It is a very light beige color (basically cream) that is interwoven with golden thread. A subtle but decorative touch. Great for dresses or to add a little extra something to a simple blouse or tank top.
