oguess88 @hockeychick17 I sent an email to Posh support as I am not sure of the process but the item that was shipped was damaged. I have a picture of the damage. The face of the necklace broke completely.

hockeychick17 @oguess88 the fact that it was damaged in the mail, was not my fault. whatever the process is, we will get it fixed. You didn't need to give me 1 star out of 5. That is going to affect my sales and It wasn't even my fault.... thanks

oguess88 @hockeychick17 it is the way it was packaged that caused the damage. It should of had more cushion around the item so that it would not have gotten damaged on the way here. That is the only reason why I have you 1 star. I know jewelry is very delicate. I also noticed the chain is broken too.

hockeychick17 @oguess88 the chain was not broken. And packaged it in bubble wrap... I have sent over 50 lockets and never one arrived damage. The post office damaged it, please don't be rude and blame it on me. I said we would take care of this. No need to be rude.
