There is a thin white belt loop on each side if you'd like to accessorize, but no belt is included with dress. Loops could easily be removed. Worn once.

@ceciliabueno I am a size 4, 27" waist and 36C bra. I added a photo with it on for reference. The material is 3% spandex so it does have a bit of stretch.
