New York & Company polka dot NWT blouse Medium

Light green color with white polka dots. Has a ruffle like sleeve. Button detail at hafl of the chest. Thin lightweight fabric, doesn't stretch. Comes with an extra button. There is a couple of make up marks on the front, see close up. I believe they should wash out, it's probably from being tried on. approx 21 inches pit to pit 26 inches length *
