New York & Company blue blouse. Size: small

I absolutely loved this sweater and would get many compliments whenever I wore it. The holes are pretty see through (as pictured), so I would wear an undershirt with it. I haven’t worn it in awhile so I thought I’d sell it to someone else who would wear it!
