New York & Company Suit Set Jacket sz 4 Pant sz 2

Jacket is in great condition, pants however can use a little tlc on the bottom of one leg, see last pic, easy fix, nothing torn, still intact. Has cross stitch pattern. Black but pattern lightens it.
