New York & Company Peplum style Blouse

Super cute NY&Co peplum style blouse. Would be great for work or causal wear. The arm openings are long almost the full length of the top before the cinched waist, I have a picture showing. The shirt is very flowy and is designed with eyelets all over for a breezy top when it’s hot. There is a tie in the front as shown. The front length is about 23 inches from the shoulder and 20 inches from the collar. The cinched middle is 13 inches wide across the front, and about 17 inches across at the widest part of the front
