New York & Company Grey Hobo Purse & Silver Hardware. 2 rounded handles and one long over the should Strap. Measurements are taken laying flat across is 15" zipper on top, it's 16" tall, and 1.75" base. The inside has 2 pouches in front of a 7" zippered by 4.5" tall pocket. No flaws outside.
