westiedee Hi. Am interested, but the bust measurement concerns me. 19" (38" total) seems small for XL. Can you measure it under arm hold pit to pit. please?? Also, the belt loops seems very low-placed, toward the bottom rather than at the waist; but difficult to tell. I know it's a bother to ask you. Last question, is this a 'cream' or 'ivory' rather than pure 'white'? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Many thanks.
