New York City Design Gorgeous Aqua Blouse L

Beautiful blouse by New York City Design. It is a particularly nice shade of aqua with tiny silver stripes. The outside layer is see-through and so the body is lined with a solid colored layer. The blouse has little beads around the V-neck. The sleeves are long and bell shaped and are left see-through. The fabric is 100% polyester and very fluttery and light. It is size large and is 28 inches fromthe shoulder seam to the hem. Reduced shipping.
