kristietara Hi! I just want to make sure that this works correctly? I purchased one on Amazon and I was having issues with the batteries fitting properly. Thanks in advance!

sk8gold02 @kristietara Hi, I’m sorry to hear you had a problem with Amazon. I purchased this item directly from Yankee Candle and it has not been taken out of the packaging. I took the pictures with it inside. Unfortunately I cannot see if the packaging can be opened from the bottom right now but I gave a couple as gifts and no one said anything. If you need me to look let me know and I’ll check later if it’s possible to see it but I cannot open the whole thing since it’s new.
