New Women's size small, occasional gown prom homecoming

New without tags. I had this dress in my boutique and how it never sold is beyond me. Absolutely beautiful, yet simple, royal blue long dress. The slip underneath goes to the knee area, so it could easily be altered into a short dress. The beading around the waist is gorgeous. It is plain in the back. Just a beautiful dress! All items are cross posted on various other websites. It will probably need to be steamed after it is shipped.
