@savvyshopinmom Hello...they run whole sizes only and ordering up for half size. So far we have heard they fit true to size. My daughter is a dog walker in NYC and wears the on rainy days and her feet stay perfectly dry. They are not insulated for a negative degree rating but they are lined with a faux fur for extra warmth. Hope that helps :)
