New Without Tags Onëleven Floral Mini Size Medium

Adorable mini with white lace and velvet tie detail. Brand is Onëleven. Material is very thick with NO stretch. I’m a true size 8 and couldn’t get it over my hips. I’d say it’s more of a 4-6. Never worn!
